In God we trust!

As the deer panteth for the water

so my soul longeth after Thee.

You alone are my heart’s desire

and I long to worship you.

You alone are my strength, my shield

To you alone may my Spirit yield

You alone are my heart’s desire

and I long to worship You

I woke up one morning singing this song and it has become my meditation lately. All I want is Jesus, to yield totally to Him. My heart, His home. All I ever desire to do is His will and bring glory to His name.

This year has been a most radical year for me. It started on a low and climaxed in a cresendo. One fact I have learned this year is to rely more on the strength of Jesus. In my moment of weakness, His strength is always made perfect.

Pruned and remodelled, I have come to a place of absolute realization of my worth in Christ and His love for me.

The scripture says we shall know the truth and it shall set us of free, the truth is Jesus and knowing Him brings liberty to a captive soul.

Even as we begin a new year, let’s always come boldly before Him. Run all your plans and ideas by Him so He will guide and lead you on the path of great discovery. Life is better with the Holy Spirit as a partner. 2020 should be a year of intentional living. If you desire change, take action. Nothing changes until we do.

Choose to be joyful

Choose to pursue peace

Choose to be gracious

Choose to be forgiving

Choose to be slow to anger and speech.

Choose not to let chaos get into your head.

Call on Him without fear or restraint. He is interested in every little detail about us.

Those who place their trust in God would never be put to shame. Our worship is a sweet smelling savour to the Maker.

Being a Christian doesn’t automatically insulate us from life’s problem rather it provides us with the wisdom to navigate through. Jesus didn’t come to give us food or money but to save our soul and give us in abundance all spiritual blessings that would naturally manifest in the physical. So let out Spirit yield completely to Him so we can move in synchronization with His purpose.

This season, I pray we never stray from the path of purpose, I pray His light will continually illuminate our lives. May the new year usher in a new dawn in every area of our lives.

Happy. New Year Friends and may you have the most amazing year!

God bless you!

You are loved💙💜💚

Great post. I start each day thanking Him for His faithfulness, keeping me focused on the present moment (not dwelling on the past or worrying about the future), fo in the present moment is His presence and in His presence we receive His Peace and Joy! Blessings to you and yours for a joyous New Year!!
